I saw this posted on a friend's facebook and I have to say I love this verse!

Off to a good start
So I texted my BFF Melissa this morning to say the scale says I've lost 5 pounds, is that possible? She said well sure it is and good job!! I have to say I'm proud and I have been working very hard over the weekend. I was faced with temptation Saturday as I got called off from work (meaning they had enough staff and I didn't have to work) and was blessed to be able to go to my cousin's baby shower. Of course there, they had great food and CAKE, but I passed on the cake and was very proud of myself for doing so. After her shower, I went to a friend's wedding and I decided to not attend the reception because once again there would be cake and a buffet! That's not the only reason I didn't go, we were suppose to have a family dinner that night to celebrate my mother in law's boyfriend's birthday, well little did I know we were going to go to the Barge restaurant, one of my favs!! Of course, 80% of their menu is fried food, but I chose a Mediterranean chicken wrap with grilled chicken and it was wonderful and less guilt! I have been taking the phentermine pills because I had some left over from when I went to the Medical Weight Loss Clinic and they are really helping me fight hunger and I am thankful for that. I also have set a goal to walk 2 miles everyday. I have put the Couch to 5K on hold for right now, simply because Dr G wanted me to exercise daily and that program isn't set up like that and also I was suffering from some right knee pain when I would run. I still have the goal of one day being able to run in a 5K, and who knows maybe this will be a step in that direction. I also had a good conversation with Jason about getting healthy and being active and he called me yesterday at work to tell me he walked 2 miles! I was so proud of him and I hope he will keep it up too. We have treadmill set up in our bonus room and we have cable in there but no TV, so we decided to move the TV from our bedroom in there and thought that would help us pass the time on the treadmill plus we could spend time together while either of us our working out and we can exercise as we watch TV. All in all, I feel like I am stepping in the right direction and it's kind of nice having something to focus on other than getting pregnant or obsessing over my BBT, when I start my Clomid, timing for intercourse, etc. It will be a nice healthy break and who knows, maybe I will be one of those lucky ones that will get pregnant in the process! I am now getting ready to go walk my 2 miles, get ready and heading to the Pharmacy to pick up the glucophage, I'm hoping I will get even better results after starting that too. I appreciate everyone's prayers and support, please keep them coming!
